They can play just about any song available for purchase from a major online distributor. They are open-format DJs who mix music across a wide variety of genres.

Yes, they accept song request lists and "do not play" lists from clients. Guests can also use a song request app or talk to the DJ during the event.

They play clean and radio edit versions. If a requested song only has an explicit edit, they will only play it if the client gives explicit permission.

Yes, you can provide a list of songs, artists, or specific guidance on what not to play.

Yes, song requests and shout-outs are accepted, though the DJ reserves the right to decline requests at their discretion.

Yes, personal and customized songs can be played if you provide the audio file.

They cannot play songs directly from social media sites, but they will check reputable music distribution sites to see if it can be purchased and downloaded.

No, music is only sourced from legal distribution platforms, not YouTube.

No, personal devices will not be connected to their sound system.

Playlist links are gladly accepted in advance so the songs can be transferred from streaming platforms into their professional DJ software.

We do not offer karaoke.

We do not offer photo booth services.

We offer professional dance floor lighting. We do not offer up-lighting or ambient lighting (like string lights).

We provide emcee services by making announcements over PA speakers using an articulate and professional speaking voice.

We have the ability to hook up extra instruments and microphones into our sound system. However, we need to receive this request in advance to determine if we can reasonably provide this service.

We use professional grade equipment purchased from industry accepted vendors. We monitor and maintain our equipment regularly. We bring a back-up solution to all events for all of our critical components, just in case something unexpected happens during the event. Some of the brands that we are currently using include:

We accept song requests and shout-outs during the event and there is also an option to send us requests in advance via our song requests app.

We mostly let the songs do the talking, but DJ Aaron Harris is a charismatic person who creates a genuine connection with people through non-verbal cues and positive body language.

DJ Aaron Harris has over 7 years of experience performing as a DJ in Oregon. He has provided DJ service at weddings, birthday parties, retirement events, organizational events, in-store promotional events, school dances, non-profit fund-raising events, and public social issue awareness events.

We require 2 hours for setup and 1 hour for clean-up. It may not take that long, but having the extra time is helpful so that we can resolve any unexpected issues.

We appreciate it when our client can provide a six foot table for us, but it is not necessary.

Ideally, we will place the speakers on the corners of the dancing/event space and our DJ turntable will be in the centered in between both speakers. However, we can fit into a small space, if necessary.

We bring a small generator that can be used for unexpected situations, but it is only large enough to provide power for our laptop, mixer, and small speakers. We need you to ensure that there is adequate and reliable power available at the venue. You will be responsible for making sure that we have access to the power supply within 50 feet of where you want us to setup.

We do not show up for wedding rehearsal unless requested to do so by the client. There is an additional fee for attending rehearsal.

We will cue and play songs for the processional by collaborating with the wedding coordinator.

We use a wireless microphone on a mic stand for the officiant. We also have a secondary wireless handheld microphone, and a wired microphone available as a back-up solution.
